  Overall, Natural Concerns did a fantastic job – truly exceeding my expectations. From the start, Glenn was incredibly patient as we worked through different design options to get exactly what I wanted. Roland, the owner, was also very involved and made sure we were completely happy with the progress. I was especially impressed with Pastor and the installation crew; they were punctual, professional, and took amazing care with the plants. They consistently checked in and made sure everything was thriving, and I really appreciated their attention to detail.   Overall, we had a really positive experience with the installation – the team at the office and the mulch were fantastic. However, we were a little disappointed with our sales representative and the final look of our lawn wasn’t quite what we’d hoped for. It’s really important to ask *all* your questions and get everything clearly outlined in writing before you sign any agreement, no matter how simple they seem. report abuse
