I was really disappointed with my experience with this company. I called to get a repair done on a sprinkler system they’d previously installed, and they arrived the next day. However, I received an invoice with a huge travel charge – 9 hours at $165 an hour! The strange thing is, no one mentioned any travel fees when I scheduled the service. I checked the distance and the actual travel time was only about 6.5 hours. When I pointed this out to Nate M, he just said there was no room for negotiation. It felt completely unethical that they didn’t inform me of the excessive travel cost, then charged almost three hours over what was actually traveled. I tried to discuss it with them, but my concerns were ignored. I ultimately paid the bill, but I can’t honestly recommend this company – it felt completely unprofessional and misleading.
