  “I recently completed a vinyl flooring installation for a customer in Spokane, but unfortunately, the experience was incredibly frustrating. It took multiple calls to schedule a measurement appointment, and I was delayed getting to the property. I missed meeting the homeowner and the owner himself, who only spent a few minutes taking measurements and asking questions before leaving. I tried repeatedly to reach him afterward, calling multiple times and leaving messages with his secretary and voicemail, but I never received a response. Due to this lack of communication and responsiveness, I won't be working with this company again.” report abuse

  Honestly, our experience with this company was really disappointing. The team that came to our house for a measurement and estimate seemed incredibly rushed and frankly, a little rude. The representative brushed off our questions about product certifications and even seemed irritated when we inquired about a well-known environmental standard. It felt like she wasn’t genuinely interested in understanding our needs or offering helpful advice – she just wanted to get through the appointment quickly. They didn’t even discuss the different flooring options like laminate versus LVP, and just directed us to pick a sample without any real explanation. We were very disappointed with the service and won’t be using their services, even with the Costco discount. We’ll be looking for a more knowledgeable and helpful flooring provider. report abuse

  “The work had some significant issues. The access door was raised too high, and the doorframes appeared to have been treated with lead paint. There was also an excessive amount of plastic trim installed throughout the job. I also noticed a lack of attention to detail – the floors weren’t properly cleaned of dust.” report abuse
