What really set them apart was Jeff Alexander – he was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the whole process so clearly, and I really appreciated his confidence in the quality of the materials they use. He kept me fully informed throughout the entire project, and the crew did a fantastic job; they were really careful not to damage the landscaping.   We were incredibly pleased with the work West MI Roofing did on our new roof. Jeff Alexander was fantastic – he took the time to thoroughly explain all the shingle options, bringing samples and clearly outlining the advantages and disadvantages of each. The price was competitive with other quotes we received, and we especially appreciated the 25-year workmanship warranty, which was a benefit we didn’t find with other companies. The seven-man installation crew was truly outstanding; they worked incredibly hard, putting in a full 14 hours on the first day and completing the job on the second.   Overall, we were really pleased with West Michigan Roofing. Kevin was fantastic – he took the time to explain all our options for replacing our roof at the cottage, and he was especially helpful in redesigning our gutters to protect our lower level, considering the strong winds coming off Lake Michigan. We really appreciated him keeping us updated on everything, even though we live in Kalamazoo, and sending us pictures throughout the process. We’ve used them before when we’ve had roof issues and have always been impressed with their helpfulness, so we knew we could trust them with our project. report abuse

  I had a new roof installed with a tear-off in August of 2015, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Joe, the salesman, was fantastic – he patiently answered all my questions, even when I was up on the roof with him or looking at different shingle styles. Once the job started, Dale and his crew were incredibly professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. I waited a year to see how the roof held up through a Michigan winter, and I’m thrilled to say it’s still looking fantastic! There are no leaks, no nails popping, and they took care of all the finishing touches like the silicone around the vents and flashing.
