Overall, the company did a really speedy job installing the sidewalk for the state, finishing it up in March. However, the follow-up work – getting the grading around my property sorted out – has been a huge problem. I’ve been waiting for months, constantly being told they’d be back and that they were waiting on materials. It’s now the end of July and the town had to bring in a different contractor to actually complete the job. To top it off, the seed they provided seems to be mostly filler – only about 25% actual grass seed – and it’s resulted in a lot of unwanted weeds. If you’re just looking for a basic sidewalk, it seems like they can deliver, but be prepared for potential delays and issues with the finishing touches.
