  I absolutely have to rave about JT’s Home Improvement! I originally found them through a chance conversation at lunch last year, and I’m so glad I did. They completely exceeded my expectations – it was honestly one of the best home improvement experiences I’ve ever had. They were incredibly responsive, super accommodating, and the price was fantastic for the amazing work they did.   Jim did an absolutely amazing job renovating our upstairs bedrooms with new flooring! He was incredibly reliable, always on time and finished the work exactly when he said he would, and within our agreed-upon budget. Beyond that, the quality of his work is outstanding – we’re so thrilled with the select red oak flooring.   I couldn’t be happier with the work JT’s Floor Refinishing did on my floors! They absolutely transformed my oak and pine – the result was truly impressive. I even mentioned them to a friend who’s a professional woodworker, and he’s used them before, saying they’re the best. From beginning to end, the whole team was fantastic. They were incredibly knowledgeable, really focused on quality, and the price was very fair. Jessica was especially great – she kept me completely in the loop throughout the whole process, and Jim and his crew were efficient, professional, and got the job done perfectly and on schedule.   Jim and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job installing the Cumaru Brazilian Teak flooring in our bedroom remodel. The wood is definitely on the harder side, which made installation a bit challenging, but they handled it with professionalism and skill. We’re so happy with the beautiful result and would absolutely use them again for any future wood flooring projects! report abuse

  JT did an absolutely fantastic job refinishing two bedrooms and completely transforming our hallway! The old wood stove vent area was completely replaced and refinished – you wouldn't even know it was there anymore. The floors look gorgeous, and I highly recommend them. report abuse
