“I was really disappointed with my experience scheduling a quote with Tom. He was supposed to meet me at 9:00 AM, but he didn't show up and didn’t even let me know. After calling, we managed to reschedule for 2:00 PM, but he was late again and completely missed the appointment. This level of unreliability is simply unacceptable – it felt like my time wasn’t valued at all. I’ll be going with a different insulation service from now on; there are plenty of other professionals who seem to respect their customers’ schedules.”

Honestly, I was really disappointed with their performance. They seemed quite disorganized, taking a lot of unnecessary breaks which significantly extended the project timeline. Furthermore, their behavior on the new construction site – walking through ceilings – was completely unprofessional and concerning. I wouldn’t choose to hire them again.
