  Kyle was fantastic! My husband contacted them this morning, and he arrived promptly around 11:00 AM. He clearly explained everything and took the time to patiently answer all of his questions over the phone. I was really impressed with his courteous and friendly demeanor, and he also made sure to clean up thoroughly after himself. They were dealing with a serious plumbing problem at their manufacturing plant when their usual plumbers were unavailable, and Dennis responded quickly. He efficiently diagnosed and resolved the clog, and even provided helpful recommendations for ongoing maintenance – which we appreciated and he implemented right away. report abuse

  “I was really pleased with the service I received when my kitchen sink got clogged. I contacted Roto-Rooter online and within a day, Jason Ospina came out and completely cleared the blockage.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. Nick, the technician, was completely unable to resolve my plumbing issue, stating he wasn't a plumber. He then disappeared for two hours to get a part for a very basic sink problem, and I received absolutely no updates or contact information from either your company or him. To top it off, I was charged an exorbitant amount for his time. I strongly advise anyone considering this “repair service” to look elsewhere – it was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. report abuse

  Jude was fantastic – he came over with such short notice and completely resolved our plumbing problem! He was so quick, knowledgeable, and really efficient with the machine, which completely cleared the roots causing the backup.
