  I hired this company to help me redecorate my house, and unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. The owner was initially very responsive and kind, even visiting my home to discuss my vision. She seemed genuinely excited about the project and assured me she could help with layout and what to remove or add – I’d already gathered all my furniture and just needed guidance. However, after she gave me a pricing estimate, she completely disappeared. My phone went straight to voicemail, and when I finally got through, I was told she was “under the weather.” It felt like she was trying to avoid a direct conversation about why she couldn’t take on the project, and it felt incredibly dishonest. It’s frustrating when someone makes promises they can’t keep, and the way she handled it – pretending to be sick and then cutting off all contact – was just strange and unprofessional. I seriously question the authenticity of those five-star reviews; it seemed like a huge letdown. report abuse
