  Bruce and his team were fantastic – they really understood what we needed and got the job done quickly and professionally. Everyone was so friendly and respectful, and Bruce took the time to answer all of our questions. I’d absolutely hire them again without hesitation. report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with Bruce’s work. He started the concrete project but never completed it, repeatedly promising to return and apply the sealant, but he simply didn’t show up. After a year, the concrete is severely damaged with significant chipping and pitting, and he’s completely stopped communicating. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust him – he gives a great first impression, but it’s a complete letdown and I’ve had to pay to completely redo the job.” report abuse

  Bruce and his business left us incredibly frustrated and out a significant amount of money. We hired him in August of 2021, paying a $2200 deposit for concrete work and woodchip removal. He took the check immediately the next day and then completely failed to deliver on his promises. He made numerous excuses and repeatedly didn't show up, essentially ghosting us. Despite assurances he’d be there, he never completed the work. Worse, he started a shoddy job repairing our front stoop, creating a bigger mess before disappearing entirely. We eventually received a partial, poorly done repair, and then demanded a refund, which he refused to provide. We’ve pursued this through legal channels, including certified mail, but he hasn’t responded. Frankly, he acted like a thief, keeping our money and we believe he intentionally avoided fulfilling his obligations. We received an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, which reflects the unacceptable experience we had with his business. report abuse
