“I was really pleased with Progressive Foam – they were able to get someone out to my porch in White Bear Lake just a day after I called, which was fantastic. They were incredibly careful working around my older house, and they really took their time to get the job done right, even when they ran into a tricky spot. They didn’t hesitate to call in another technician to help them get it done perfectly, and their positive attitude throughout the whole process was just great. I’m really hoping we see the full benefits of the spray foam this winter!”

“The team was really friendly and approachable, which I appreciated. However, the quality of the work itself was a bit disappointing. The siding was installed crooked and some of it was cracked, and after the repairs, I ended up needing to replace some boards and repaint a good portion of my house. Unfortunately, there was also an issue with the spray foam – some of it ended up on the floor, and they couldn’t remove the residue.”

There were a couple of minor hiccups along the way, but they quickly addressed them and made sure everything was perfect. “Overall, the work itself was handled well. However, we had a significant issue with the rebate estimates – the contractor vastly overestimated the amount we’d receive from Xcel. Unfortunately, when we tried to discuss this and find a fair solution, the owner was unresponsive. As a result, we ended up paying an extra $1500 due to this error. I’d really recommend double-checking any rebate estimates with Xcel yourself before relying on a contractor’s projections.”
