  “I had a really frustrating problem with a leak around my ceiling AC vent on the 3rd floor, and it was hard to figure out where it was coming from – I could hear a dripping sound from the kids’ bedroom upstairs. I contacted a few contractors through Thumbtack, and Premium General Contractors was the quickest to respond. They did a thorough check and quickly pinpointed the issue: the flashing around my roof had been installed incorrectly during our recent roof replacement.
