“I really wanted to recommend Rogers Surveying – my friend steered me their way, and I couldn't be happier with the service. They did a fantastic job surveying my home, and everything went exactly as promised – the turnaround was a quick 2-3 weeks. I’d definitely use them again!”
-
“Overall, the surveyors themselves were fantastic – really helpful and patient with all my questions. However, my experience with the office staff was incredibly frustrating. It felt like they were deliberately making my visit difficult, and I honestly felt like I was wasting their time. When I went to pay by credit card, I was unexpectedly hit with a $72 fee, and the person handling my payment seemed annoyed and dismissive, as if I were asking a ridiculous question. Honestly, it was a really unpleasant experience, and I won't be returning to use their services again.”

I hired RS Engineering through my architect to get some important documents, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. My architect alerted me to an issue with my case, and I contacted RS Engineering for clarification. The initial person I spoke with was shockingly rude and dismissive, treating my questions as if they were bothersome. He refused to provide any information about my home or case, and his attitude was completely unacceptable. I then requested to speak with a manager or the owner to voice my concerns, but he showed absolutely no interest in addressing the employee’s unprofessional behavior or my questions. He didn't offer an apology or attempt to resolve the situation. Honestly, I won’t be using their services again – the entire experience was disrespectful and unprofessional.

“I was so impressed with the level of support I received throughout my surveying process. The office team, especially Billy, were incredibly helpful and really took the time to answer all my questions and make everything run smoothly. I’m definitely looking forward to continuing to work with them on future projects!”

“Overall, my experience with this company was quite disappointing. I reached out to request a survey and, despite expecting a proposal within a few days, never received it. When I followed up, I was told they were too busy to fulfill my request, and then abruptly disconnected during a conversation. Honestly, it felt incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate – a simple message explaining they couldn't proceed would have been appreciated. I wouldn’t recommend using their services.”
-
“I’ve been working with Rogers Surveying since 1997, and I can honestly say their service is outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.”
-
“Overall, the process with Rogers took longer than I expected – over three weeks for just a simple title survey of a single-family home. However, I was really pleased with the quality of the drawings; they were both neat and accurate.”
-
“I recently had an architectural survey done, and I was really impressed with the team. They were incredibly professional and clearly very knowledgeable about their work.”
-
“Bill, it was really great working with them – they were incredibly prompt, professional, and very friendly throughout the whole survey process.”
-
“Honestly, I was really disappointed with the return time – it took way too long for just a survey. I’d probably go with a different company next time.”
