  Overall, the crew did a fantastic job – they were really professional and kept me updated throughout the process, and they also made sure to keep the work area spotless.   I was really pleased with the work Tyler and Tylor from Leader Basement Systems did on my garage floor. They were both incredibly professional and hardworking, and they really went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied – checking in with me frequently to get my feedback.   Honestly, my experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. I contacted them needing an estimate for foundation and garage slab repairs, and I clearly explained that the cost would determine whether my ex-wife and I would split the bill or if I’d have to sell the property. Despite letting them know I couldn’t be present for the initial estimate, they never raised any concerns. I followed up multiple times – texting and calling several times – but it took nearly a month to get a response. And the response was shockingly rude and unprofessional, with the company president accusing me of wasting his time and blaming me for not being available, even though he’d been informed beforehand. The only positive was the excellent service I received from the women who answered the phones; they were genuinely apologetic about the whole situation. report abuse

  “I was really pleased with how they took care of the initial water problem in my basement. However, things took a turn when we moved on to installing the tile – the price suddenly doubled and the original quote was no longer valid. To make matters worse, I couldn’t get in touch with either the salesperson or the company president, which was incredibly frustrating.” report abuse

  Honestly, this was a really disappointing experience. The quality of the products was subpar, and the crew members were dressed in what seemed like pajamas – it felt like a chaotic carnival festival rather than a professional operation.
