  “The sales team were really helpful and friendly, but unfortunately, the installation was a major letdown. The installer wasn’t very skilled – you could clearly see every seam, which felt quite sloppy. We raised this with them, but it took an incredibly long time to get a response. Eventually, the owner came to take a look, but it still took a while to get a resolution.” report abuse

  We were absolutely thrilled with our new floors! Melissa was fantastic – she really helped us find the perfect style and gave us great advice leading up to the installation.   I was incredibly disappointed with the after-sales service I received and felt completely misled. My wife and I went to Mid Wisconsin Flooring in Stevens Point in early February 2020 to look for tile, and unfortunately, the experience left us feeling quite let down. report abuse
