They scheduled the appointment for the next day, arrived promptly, and even wore masks – which I really appreciated. Bob was fantastic; he listened carefully to all my questions and concerns, and he and his helper, Blake, worked together seamlessly and quickly.   Robert did an absolutely fantastic job on his latest project – it’s just perfect! I completely agree with another reviewer; he’s the one to call. I’m so happy with my sewing room lighting – I love it! Robert Helms is a really great guy and Bailey, who works with him, was incredibly polite and professional. He came out on a Saturday morning, which was a huge help with my work schedule, and he quickly diagnosed and fixed a really frustrating issue with a light switch and outlet that another electrician had been struggling with for over an hour.   I was really pleased with the service I received from Helms Electric. I contacted them about a few electrical issues in my kitchen, and Bob was out the very next day to assess the situation and give me some helpful suggestions. He provided a very reasonable estimate and assured me they could get the job done quickly. When they arrived to fix everything – the flickering lights, the blown fuses, and more – Bob took the time to explain the whole process clearly, and he even made some smart adjustments on the spot without any hassle.   “We were absolutely thrilled with Rob’s work – both the quality of the improvements and how incredibly tidy he was. He really went the extra mile, and one room in particular – the one with the ceiling fan and pre-wiring – was outstanding; the attic access panel had fantastic insulation. Honestly, you’d never know anything had been done there except for the two ceiling fans, which were installed perfectly.
