It was especially reassuring to work with a team that was so organized and responsive, particularly considering the challenges presented by the pandemic. They always listened to our ideas and offered expert guidance, and we truly felt like we were part of the process. The finished house is absolutely stunning – you can tell they went above and beyond and didn’t cut any corners.   Honestly, we’re just over the moon with our home built by Marten Building & Design. From the very beginning, selecting our lot to the final walkthrough, they completely blew us away with their work. The quality of the craftsmanship and the incredible attention to detail is truly exceptional – Randy and his team really went above and beyond to bring our vision to life, adding so many thoughtful and special touches that you just don’t find everywhere. What really stood out, though, was the team’s genuinely caring and professional attitude. They were always so willing to answer our questions, address our concerns, and share their excitement with us. We felt completely comfortable trusting them throughout the entire process, and it’s a feeling that continues to this day.   I just wanted to express a huge thank you to the Marten Building team – especially Randy and his whole team! We initially looked at building with a few different companies, but honestly, we weren’t convinced until we met with Randy’s team. They really took the time to walk us through everything, sharing their extensive experience and even showing us one of their recent builds. What really set them apart was also connecting us with their network to explore potential lots and giving us a realistic look at the timeline. Jake and the team continued to provide fantastic communication, checking in with us weekly. It was clear they genuinely cared about our experience, and with that level of dedication and transparency, we wouldn’t hesitate to use Marten Building again – they’re definitely our preferred builders going forward. report abuse

  “From the very beginning, we knew we’d made the right choice selecting Randy. His integrity and genuine passion for doing things the best way really stood out to us – we’re a pretty analytical bunch and usually need to do a lot of research before committing to anything, even small purchases. I honestly felt an immediate connection with him from our first meeting; it was unlike anything I’ve experienced – I didn’t feel the need to over-analyze at all. The quality of the construction itself was exactly what we’d heard – a truly high-quality home, and we worked with a fantastic, trustworthy team. We really appreciated that we could hand over the interior design to Aaron, Jean, and Tara, and we’re thrilled with how it turned out. To be honest, building this house was an incredibly challenging time for us, as we were also caring for family members battling serious COVID complications. With our jobs and the demands of caregiving, we simply didn’t have the time or energy to be heavily involved in the process. But Marten and his team stepped in and took such good care of us – they were absolutely invaluable during a really difficult period.” report abuse
