  “We were incredibly pleased with Encore’s work on our home – they did a fantastic job installing tiles throughout our approximately 2800 sq ft house and completely remodeled our master bathroom. Jarrod and his team, including Omar and the crew, were truly professional and took great care with every detail, from perfectly leveled tiles to beautifully cut baseboards with precise corner angles. The master bathroom remodel turned out absolutely amazing! Everyone we dealt with, especially Linda in customer service, was friendly and helpful. They really take pride in their workmanship, and we appreciated their clean and methodical approach.   “I recently had my carpets replaced by Encore Floors in Surprise, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The owner came to my home to show me different options, and I really appreciated his knowledge and how he explained the quality and features of the carpeting, especially the stain resistance – that was a huge priority for me. From start to finish, Encore Floors was fantastic. The installation team, Marcus and Norberto, were professional and incredibly careful. They contacted me beforehand, arrived on time, and took the time to move my furniture with such care, protecting everything. The installation itself was flawless – they laid the carpet perfectly and cleaned up every bit of dust and debris. I especially liked that they were local and responsive, and Marcus and Norberto were both courteous and really took pride in their work. I highly recommend them both!
