  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased a $963,000 unit, and the seller assured me they’d address a DEF issue before it was shipped. However, upon delivery, the unit was immediately down for 45 days due to problems. Worse, the bucket was completely worn through and the glass was broken. They told me it was in great condition when they sold it to me, which clearly wasn't the case. I absolutely would not buy from them again.” report abuse
