“We were really pleased with the work Flint Surveying did for us last year. They handled the survey for our new commercial building – a tricky three-acre plot that had been split off from a warehouse back in ‘97 – and they did a fantastic job. They were incredibly prompt, finished the survey within two days, and were just really professional and easy to work with. Because of their speed and efficiency, we were able to get the fence installation underway. We’d definitely recommend them to any of our fencing clients!”

Overall, the company was responsive and got the job done, but I was disappointed with the delay. They were the quickest to respond to my request for a land survey, which was a major plus. However, the survey took six days longer than initially promised. Despite being contacted a couple of days after the agreed-upon deadline, I was repeatedly told the field work was on track, pending finalization by the boss. This held up for another four days, and I wish they had been more upfront about the potential for delays. Despite this, the service was fair and the price was reasonable.
