  I am incredibly disappointed with my experience purchasing an air conditioner from the Conn’s store on Bobby Jones. To be frank, I felt completely misled and taken advantage of. Victor, the salesperson, and Ashley, the manager, were not truthful with me throughout the entire process. Initially, I had questions about the size of my windows, and Victor assured me that if any adjustments were needed, it wouldn’t be an issue. Ashley then offered a 10% discount because the box was damaged. Victor even went so far as to open the box in the store to take measurements, confidently telling me the unit would fit. They then wrapped the AC in the box and plastic to hold it in place. However, once I got the AC home, it simply wouldn't secure to my window. When I contacted the store on Saturday morning, I was told I couldn’t return it because the box had been opened. They directed me to customer service, but the representative I spoke with said I *could* return it. I called back Conn’s on Bobby Jones and was again told I couldn’t return it. It was clear that Victor and Ashley weren’t being honest with me. I strongly advise against doing business with Conn’s on Bobby Jones – you'll likely be subjected to misleading information and difficulty in getting a return if something goes wrong. report abuse

It was great to see such a welcoming and professional atmosphere, with everyone taking the time to greet me with a handshake.
