  “I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience with this survey company. I’ve been waiting for over seven months for a significant survey, and it’s been a really difficult process. I’ve had to visit their office three times in that period, and frankly, it’s been incredibly disheartening. They’ve offered very little communication, and it felt like they weren’t willing to simply let me know they couldn’t fulfill the request. Having worked in surveying for 30 years, I’ve never encountered such a lack of professionalism. It's deeply concerning that integrity seems to have been lost.
