  “Honestly, we had a really frustrating experience with this company. They seemed primarily focused on taking our money and weren’t very responsive – we never received returned calls and there was almost no communication throughout the entire purchase process. To make matters worse, the home was already sitting on their lot when we closed on it March 4th. It was a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with this experience. The delivery took far too long, and the installer, Bill, did a terrible job – he wouldn't even return to fix the issues. Thankfully, the air conditioning technician was excellent and very helpful. Honestly, it felt like they only cared about making the sale and didn’t prioritize customer service or follow-up. It’s a shame because for just a dollar, the whole experience was completely unacceptable.” report abuse

  Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place. I couldn’t bring myself to give them even a single star. If you’re looking at a specific car on their lot, make a note of the manufacturer and then get away and contact them directly – it’s probably the best course of action. report abuse
