  Spencer and Marble City Plumbing were fantastic! I contacted them to replace my main sewer line and remove an old pump, and he was incredibly responsive and professional from the start. The quote was fair, and thankfully the weather held up so he could get the job done quickly – he actually finished it in under a day! The quality of his work was excellent, and he really took care to leave my property looking great. Spencer was fantastic – he even managed to squeeze me in a day early, got the repairs done quickly, and was really professional and affordable.   “I’d give them one star simply for showing up. They arrived with a really nice truck, but unfortunately, the service was incredibly disappointing. I called them to clear a blockage in my sewer, and after they started, I asked about the cost of locating the problem. They quoted me $125. Once they began work, they immediately started hitting something in the line, and when I asked if they could use a camera to see what was causing the issue, they responded that it wouldn’t matter because their snake wouldn’t work with a camera. It just seemed like a strange response. They ended up spending about three hours working on the problem without actually clearing the blockage or locating the issue, and they left my toilet still not working. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company.” report abuse

  “I was so grateful to Spencer from Marble City Plumbing who contacted me on Christmas Eve about the burst pipe. Knowing we had alternative water sources, we planned to wait until after the holiday, but Spencer went out of his way to come and fix it around 9:30 pm. Honestly, that was incredible service – especially considering it was Christmas Eve! It’s clear he’s a dedicated guy with a family to take care of.
