  “I’ve used this place quite a few times over the last few years, and I always appreciated it. However, my last visit was disappointing. I pressure washed the area for 30 minutes, but was then told it was too dirty and I wouldn’t be getting my deposit back – which felt a little unfair.” report abuse

  “We were so disappointed with our recent experience renting a champagne fountain for our wedding. Unfortunately, the fountain didn’t work, and we had to have a friend manually serve the champagne instead of enjoying it ourselves. When we requested a refund, Taylor refused to process it. Despite our previous positive experiences with this company, this was a truly awful experience, and we won’t be using their services again.” report abuse

  “I had a really frustrating experience renting equipment from this company. They initially presented a weekend rental agreement, but upon returning the equipment, they suddenly imposed a time limit without any prior warning. To add to the issue, the equipment was damaged, and they immediately tried to shift the blame onto me. Frankly, it felt like a dishonest attempt to charge me extra for pre-existing damage. I returned it, but I really appreciated how the staff handled the situation – they were incredibly professional and made everything completely right.   “I was looking for a backhoe, but they didn’t have one. The staff member I spoke with was really helpful – she asked about my project and suggested a Bobcat excavator, which seemed like a great option. Plus, the rates were reasonable and the service was friendly and helpful.” report abuse

  “I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. I traveled an hour to pick up a chair for a wedding and was then told I’d have to wait an additional two hours – information I hadn’t received when I made my purchase for over $200.
