  “We hired this company to completely replace our plumbing under the house and 40 feet of cast iron pipe. They only replaced 25 feet, claiming the remaining 15 feet were still in good condition, and charged us the full price regardless. While they did offer a $100 refund, we ultimately decided to have someone else handle the work, specifically for the bathrooms and kitchen – we felt they should have replaced everything as agreed. It felt quite unprofessional that they essentially dismissed our concerns and suggested they were doing us a favor.” report abuse

  “I just wanted to share an amazing experience I had with Steve and Matthew from AL Plumbing and Drain. They were incredibly efficient – they diagnosed and completely fixed our hot water heater in just 25 minutes! Beyond that, they were so friendly and professional, and really easy to talk to. It’s great to know we have a reliable plumber we can trust. To give you an idea of the difference, another company quoted us $4,000 to replace the entire unit, but AL Plumbing and Drain solved the problem so quickly and effectively.
