  “We’ve been working with Belt Engineering to get the necessary plans for post-permit corrections after a previous homeowner’s work was found to be improperly permitted. While the process hasn’t gone exactly as quickly as we’d hoped – the area has been hit with a lot of hurricanes and natural disasters, and they’ve had a high volume of requests – the Belt team, particularly JD who stepped in after the previous engineer left, has been incredibly helpful. Honestly, we knew very little about the permitting process or engineer plans in general, and they’ve done a fantastic job taking the city’s limited information and turning it into something we can actually work with. We’re a few months into this, but they’ve been instrumental in getting us closer to completing everything.” report abuse

  “Eduardo was fantastic – he was incredibly patient and addressed all my questions thoroughly, and the final product really delivered what I needed. However, I couldn’t give it a full five stars because the timeline was significantly delayed. This was a straightforward plan that was supposed to be completed quickly, but I didn’t receive the initial draft until after the promised two-week deadline. There were also some avoidable errors from the draftsman that added further delays, and ultimately, I ended up paying an extra fee for the inconvenience.” report abuse
