  “We were incredibly disappointed with Summit’s service. They were responsible for regular fire inspections at our high-rise building, but tragically, their technician over-pressurized the sprinkler lines, causing widespread flooding across several units and common areas. Despite the significant damage – totaling over $60,000 – Summit refused to acknowledge any responsibility for the incident and immediately attempted to bill us for the service.   “We’re really frustrated with the delay in getting our building inspections completed – we had them done a month ago and it’s taken weeks to receive a quote and work order for the necessary repairs.
