  “We were incredibly disappointed with Summit’s service. They performed a fire inspection at our high-rise building, and unfortunately, their actions resulted in a major sprinkler system failure – they over-pressurized the lines, causing extensive flooding in several units and common areas. Despite the significant damage, totaling over $60,000, Summit refused to acknowledge any responsibility and attempted to bill us for the service. Scheduling an inspection felt like a waste of time, and they immediately started questioning the information I provided – which turned out to be accurate. To add to that, a man just showed up at my business without any identification or explanation, and he didn’t even speak to anyone.
