  Honestly, we’ve been incredibly disappointed with our experience with McCrea. We moved into our new home just a year ago, and they installed our heating and cooling system. However, our AC has failed three times this summer, and each time the technician just dismissed it as a power issue without properly diagnosing the problem. It’s been a huge inconvenience, especially since I’m eight months pregnant and the lack of empathy and responsiveness from the company is just unacceptable. It’s the worst customer service we’ve ever encountered. report abuse

  “The tech came out on time, but I was really shocked by the price – $159! He quickly checked my AC and said everything was fine, just opened a flap and left. Honestly, that felt like a rip-off; it seems way too expensive for the service provided.” report abuse

The technician didn’t even bother to ring my doorbell, ended up going to the wrong house, and didn’t contact me at all to let me know what was happening.   Overall, we had a really smooth experience replacing our old furnace. The salesperson was fantastic – he was professional, didn’t push any particular brand, and arrived right on time. He clearly laid out the different options we had, and we were able to easily choose the one that fit our needs. Scheduling the installation was a breeze, and the team was incredibly punctual, even arriving a little early. They left the work area spotless after everything was done.
