I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience trying to schedule an appointment. I’ve been calling for weeks and constantly being told to call back at different times – it’s been incredibly inconvenient. After finally managing to book something, I was unfortunately left waiting, and then completely ignored when they never contacted me to reschedule. It’s been a really difficult and unprofessional experience, and I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of reliability.
