  Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with Floor Coverings International. From start to finish, John was fantastic – he really took the time to get to know exactly what we wanted and what would work best in our home. He had a brilliant eye for detail and a great understanding of all the different flooring options, which made the whole selection process so easy and stress-free. John was always available to answer our questions and he was incredibly reassuring, keeping us constantly updated on the progress of the work. Being on-site daily to oversee everything was fantastic, and we really appreciated how professional and efficient the team was; the project finished on time, which was a huge relief.   “We were absolutely thrilled with our new floors! We’d initially selected a Luxury Vinyl Plank, but Ryan and his team really helped us find the perfect one – we instantly fell in love with it. The installation crew was fantastic – incredibly professional and they were very punctual. They completed the job in just two days, and they even proactively addressed a couple of minor issues we had with the stairs, returning quickly to fix them.   I was really hoping for a more reliable experience with Floor Coverings International, especially given their work installing my laminate flooring back in 2020. Sadly, just four years later, we’re seeing significant issues – ripples in the planks and noticeable gaps beneath them. It’s clear the subfloor wasn’t properly prepared. When I contacted them about it, they immediately quoted me over $2,000 to address the problem, and I was very disappointed with their response. report abuse

  John and his team were fantastic – truly a pleasure to work with. They handled the entire floor update for our home with such professionalism and efficiency. They really went above and beyond, not just in the work itself, but also in helping us choose the perfect materials and colors to complement our existing space. The finished result – the new kitchen and bathroom floors – has completely transformed the rooms, and they look fantastic!
