After my old AO Smith water heater died, they were able to get a new one to me quickly – they arrived on time and the whole team worked together seamlessly to get the job done. They took the time to explain how the new heater works and even cleaned up the area afterward. Best of all, they spotted a BGE rebate and applied it to bring the price down.   I was so frustrated when my kitchen sink suddenly stopped working – the faucet was constantly dripping and the drain wasn't draining properly. To make matters worse, my son was visiting and accidentally turned the water on, and it wouldn’t shut off! Then, the knobs under the sink started leaking too. Being older, I was really panicked. But Hardy Plumbing was amazing! They arrived incredibly quickly, shut off the water, and immediately calmed me down. I was so impressed with their speed and professionalism that I asked for an estimate to replace the whole plumbing system in my house – it’s older than me, after all!   Justin and his crew did a fantastic job with the plumbing work at our house. We really appreciate his professionalism – he arrived on time every time, and the quality of the work and the cleanup were outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything and clearly identified the issue without jumping to conclusions, which gave us a lot of confidence.   Hardy Plumbing did an absolutely fantastic job replacing my old water heater. They took care of everything – installing the new tankless gas unit, running all the necessary gas and vent lines, handling all the permits and inspections, and even removing the old heater. What really stood out was how professional they were, and they finished the job ahead of schedule! The quality of their work is top-notch.   “I was so relieved to find Hardy Plumbing at the last minute before Thanksgiving! We had a plumbing issue with one of the bathrooms and a technician came out and really went above and beyond. He was incredibly courteous and didn't give up on our particularly stubborn toilet. He even managed to fix the problem by snaking the shower and sink – fantastic service!   Hardy was fantastic today – he took care of a water filter change, showed me exactly how to do it myself, and also fixed a loose faucet. He even advised on a bathtub faucet issue, recommending a simple fix that avoided a much more complicated tile removal. We've used Hardy for several projects in our 1953 house, and we couldn't recommend him more highly – he’s a truly excellent company. report abuse
