  Overall, I was extremely pleased with Top Line’s work installing the in-wall network cabling in my home. They were fantastic from start to finish – they really helped me plan everything out, tackled some particularly challenging areas with clever solutions, and completed the job on time and to a really high standard.   Stephen and his team did an absolutely fantastic job installing my new generator and automatic transfer switch. I was really pleased with how accommodating they were – I had very specific ideas about how I wanted everything set up, and they went above and beyond to meet my needs, even offering a much better price than the other quotes I got. They were also incredibly flexible with scheduling, which made everything so much easier. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and did a really thorough and professional job. It turned out there was a small issue that needed addressing, and they were so conscientious that they came back the next morning to fix it – it was great to see them taking the time to get it done right, rather than rushing it.   I was so relieved when they responded so quickly to our power outage! I called at 4:56 PM completely frustrated, and the manager immediately took my call and arranged for an electrician to come out. Josh arrived at 6:05 PM, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it – it was truly amazing service! I’ll absolutely be using their team again in the future. report abuse

  We were so relieved! We just got to Interlochen State Park for a 10-day trip and unfortunately lost power. Thankfully, TopLine responded incredibly quickly – a really nice technician arrived within the hour and fixed the issue in just 20 minutes!   Honestly, my experience with Windemuller Electric in Traverse City was really disappointing. I contacted them multiple times and was repeatedly promised a return call, but I never heard back. I would not recommend them. report abuse
