I’ve worked with a lot of excavating companies over the years, and I’ve always had to build in extra time – sometimes two or three weeks – just to account for delays and issues. Alpers was so efficient and proactive that I’m now waiting on concrete, which is a really good problem to have! Plus, the driver was fantastic; he took extra care to make sure he didn't damage our sprinkler system or the holding tank while getting it delivered. We’ve noticed a lot of truck traffic – probably around 50 – and you guys are incredibly considerate of everyone, especially the kids and tourists.
