  Overall, Koala Insulation of Traverse City did a fantastic job for us. They completely met our goals and stayed within our budget – we went with foam insulation for our new she-shed, which we’re giving away to local radio stations, and they did a really thorough and professional job. The crew was punctual and attentive to all the details, and the new owner of the she-shed will really appreciate the comfortable warmth it will provide. We were especially impressed with the sales team; they were friendly, helpful, and offered some excellent recommendations that were incredibly valuable to us. Even with a snowy driveway, they managed to get the crew and equipment up to our place without any issues.   Overall, Koala Insulation did a fantastic job with my attic insulation. The whole process was really smooth – they sent a representative out beforehand to explain everything, and the installers were incredibly efficient and friendly. They got straight to work, finished on time, and were surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciated.   I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Koala Insulation in Traverse City. From the very beginning, they were professional and responsive. My initial call was answered right away by someone who really knew their stuff – they took the time to understand my needs, assessed my home, and scheduled a site inspection quickly. I immediately received confirmation via text and email, and they continued to send reminders as the date got closer. The on-site evaluation was fantastic; they were really informative and suggested a smart, cost-effective solution – adding insulation to my existing walls instead of a full replacement. On the day of the installation, they sent updates about the truck’s arrival, and the team who did the job were incredibly friendly, respectful, and happy to go the extra mile by adding insulation in an area that had been causing ice dams. They didn’t rush at all and clearly took a lot of pride in their work, which is something I really appreciated. A month later, my heating bill has dropped significantly – just as they promised!   “I couldn’t be happier with the work Koala did on my attic! They completely transformed the space – they took out all the old insulation and hauled away a massive amount of old junk and debris. They really took the time to properly seal everything, including the light fixtures, and installed the right type of insulation and baffles for airflow. It was a really tight, cramped attic, so I was impressed with how thoroughly they tackled the job. The difference is already noticeable; my furnace isn't running constantly, and I don’t have to keep adjusting the thermostat. A huge thanks to Rob and the whole team – they were incredibly knowledgeable and worked together seamlessly.   “I was incredibly impressed with the Koala Insulation team in Traverse. They were truly professional from the moment they arrived, taking the time to fully understand my needs – closing off those wasted soffit vents and adding the R60 blown-in fiberglass I wanted. The difference was immediately noticeable; my furnace was cycling significantly less during the night, about 1/3 less. They were also incredibly efficient and cleaned up perfectly after themselves.
