  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Complete Roofing. They provided a really competitive price and didn’t add any extra charges for the upgraded materials we chose. The crew was fantastic – they worked incredibly hard and managed to complete the entire job in just one day, even with the extreme heat! We’re really happy with the quality of the work, especially the attention to detail with the flashing and underlayment, and we were so grateful that they were so careful with our gardens.   “We were so impressed with Ross and his team – they really went above and beyond what we expected. The work was done quickly and efficiently, all in the same day, and they even took care of a thorough cleanup afterward, which was fantastic, especially with how hot it was! It’s clear they’re incredibly dedicated. While there was a slight language barrier with the crew, Ross was always available and kept in constant contact via video call, so we never had any concerns. It’s a little tricky to get a spot on their schedule, which is pretty typical for this area, but overall, we highly recommend them – they're truly professional.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with the service I received. Initially, a technician came out in late February to assess my leaking roof, promising to follow up once the snow melted. Despite reaching out several times – in March, April, and May – I didn't hear back until June 1st, and even then, they arrived unannounced. The problem escalated when the technician insisted they couldn’t work on my metal roof, even though they’d acknowledged it was metal during their initial visit in March. They then suggested shingling the entire roof, which is completely impractical for a two-level roof. To add to this, they demanded I remove the chimney and all the siding myself, implying a woman couldn’t handle the task – which felt incredibly dismissive and frankly, insulting.” report abuse
