Overall, this was a really convenient drop-off. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was super easy to get the delivery done. They start pretty early – at 7am – and having overnight parking was a huge plus. Just a note – if you’re using the ASTRO address, make sure you’re accessing it from the Wimsat driveway off Airport Road. Really easy!

I’m really disappointed with my experience here. The delivery of my materials was incredibly late – two weeks beyond the promised timeframe, and frankly, it seemed like a lack of attention to detail, especially considering they had access to faster shipping options. It felt like a systemic issue with the way things were being handled. Additionally, the signage for the building and on the road is completely inaccurate. It’s not marked as an SRS location, which is confusing and makes it difficult to find. I’m frustrated that the company isn’t clearly identifying itself, especially since SRS is the parent company. It’s a really poor impression overall.
