“My experience with EPS was incredibly frustrating. Initially, they did a great job monitoring my new retail space’s fire alarm after I had it installed in 2022, and I appreciated my local sales rep’s support. However, things quickly went downhill. Starting in May of 2024, alarms were repeatedly triggered during business hours, and while initially dismissed, it escalated to constant false alarms. EPS’s IT department seemed to only offer temporary fixes that ultimately left me with no reliable protection. They repeatedly shifted the blame to Summit, despite EPS being the ones who performed the initial inspection and monitoring. After weeks of unanswered calls and emails, I was forced to hire a different company who quickly identified and resolved the problem. Now I’m being charged for the full contract term, despite EPS failing to fulfill their obligations. Frankly, it feels like they simply stopped caring once an issue arose, and I’m left with a hefty bill and a serious distrust of their service.”

Honestly, they really helped me stay calm and reassured me about protecting my home. He didn’t push any unnecessary equipment on me, instead he carefully put together a security package that actually fit my needs, and even explained why other items wouldn't be beneficial for my situation. The next morning, I had two technicians ready to install everything. I wholeheartedly recommend EPS Security – they’re a fantastic company!”
