  James was fantastic! As a woman, I often find it frustrating when contractors don’t take you seriously or try to talk down to you. But James was completely different – he treated me with respect, explained everything clearly, and genuinely seemed interested in helping me make the right decisions for my home.   John Beebe had a fantastic experience with FSM – it was his fourth! The inspection was done in December, and he scheduled the work for May after returning from Florida. He really appreciated the reminders FSM sent throughout the winter. David Pearson, Matt K., and Matt F. were fantastic, arriving on time and getting right to work.   “Dave, Caleb, and Josh – fantastic job! They were incredibly thorough and professional, and really went above and beyond. I was particularly impressed with their work replacing the beams, installing Jack’s pump and dehumidifier, and encapsulating the entire crawl space.
