  Overall, our experience with Complete Flooring was incredibly disappointing. The only positive thing we encountered was the installation team – they were fantastic, offering really helpful design suggestions and did a superb job. However, the company itself was a complete letdown. It took nearly two weeks to make a minor change to the contract, and even then, we had to constantly follow up. This delay directly impacted our scheduled installation. Furthermore, they created a huge fuss about how the hardwood would transition to our existing tile, a problem that never actually existed. As a result, we were forced to accept their recommended molding, which was completely mismatched to our hardwood – a different color and grain – and they wouldn’t even consider a refund. To top it all off, they significantly overestimated the amount of flooring we needed, leaving us with two full boxes plus extra pieces we couldn’t use. Throughout the entire process, their attitude was frustratingly patronizing and unprofessional. report abuse

  Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Complete Flooring! As first-time homeowners, we really needed to replace our old carpet and they were incredibly helpful guiding us through the process. The team was so patient with us as we took our time researching our options, and they offered a wide selection of vinyl flooring to browse. They even let us take samples home to help us make a decision, which was really appreciated. The installation was super fast – we had everything finished in just three days, and we absolutely love our new floors!   Complete Flooring really exceeded our expectations with the new carpet installation. The team in the showroom was so helpful – they listened carefully to our concerns about our old carpet and really took the time to understand our home and lifestyle. They brought out some great samples and we loved the process of bringing them home to see how they looked with our furniture and decor. Once we made our decision, the installers were fantastic and completed the entire 2,700 square foot job in just under two days – incredibly efficient and professional! report abuse

  “I was absolutely thrilled with Complete Flooring! We’d had a really frustrating experience at Lowe’s and decided to give them a try. It was such a relief to find an operation where the employees aren't driven by commissions – they genuinely seemed to want to help us get the best possible flooring. I especially loved that their price for the carpet included removal, installation, furniture moving, and the pad – it was incredibly convenient and transparent. I was so happy with the finished product that I called to thank them!   From start to finish, Complete Flooring did an absolutely amazing job transforming our home. Knowing this was a massive project – tiling our entire house – we were understandably anxious, but they completely took the stress away. The installers were truly meticulous and talented; they really brought our vision to life, and our floors and accent wall look absolutely stunning.   We couldn’t be happier with our new wood flooring from Complete Flooring! They installed beautiful, high-quality engineered wood throughout our entire house (1800 sq ft), even including the staircase, and the quality is outstanding. The crew’s workmanship was truly exceptional – the cuts were perfect, the baseboards and corners were flawlessly fitted, and it really feels like a timeless investment. They were incredibly professional, hardworking, and a genuine pleasure to have in our home, paying such careful attention to every detail.   Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Complete Flooring. We’d been getting frustrated with other stores – they’d just give us a price on the flooring itself and then add on all these extra charges for things like underlay, baseboards, installation, and even moving our furniture. It was so confusing trying to get a true estimate. But Complete Flooring was completely different. They really took the time to work with us and our budget, and helped us figure out exactly what we could afford. We absolutely love the hickory engineered floors they installed. They’re gorgeous! And the installation crew was fantastic. They were so professional – they cleaned up after themselves, moved all our furniture, and even rearranged it for us as we wanted to change things up. They were cheerful, polite, and always checked in to make sure we were happy before they left. They even took care of disposing of the old carpet and installing new baseboards, and amazingly, they didn't damage our walls at all, despite someone warning us they would! They even fixed a broken closet door. Everyone I know is now talking about getting wooden floors, and our neighbors are constantly commenting on how beautiful they look. Seriously, the team at Complete Flooring was amazing – I couldn’t fault them in any way. It was a completely positive experience from start to finish." report abuse
