  “It’s really frustrating – Miramonte initially said they would honor the stucco warranty, but now that they’ve stopped working with their original contractor, I’m stuck with no repairs. They’re saying the warranty is still valid through the old subcontractor, which just means I have to wait indefinitely.” report abuse

  “I recently experienced a really frustrating situation – a pipe behind my kitchen sink burst, causing a significant flood in the kitchen. The plumber who came to fix it told me the original installation was done incorrectly, which seems to be the root of the problem.” report abuse

  “I recently had a home built by Miramonte in Tucson, and while the house itself is nice, I was really disappointed with the follow-up. I was out of state when it was finished, and the landscaping – which I’d paid Santa Rita Landscaping for – wasn’t completed as promised. It was supposed to include a 10x15 foot paver area, but it wasn’t installed.” report abuse

  Miramonte Homes really knocked it out of the park with our new home. The quality of the construction is outstanding – honestly, it’s phenomenal. We absolutely love the design, from the floor plan to the exterior, and it’s just a stunning house. We had a truly wonderful experience working with them. report abuse
