Miramonte Homes really went above and beyond throughout the build process. They were incredibly responsive to all our requests, whether it was a change order or an upgrade, and we felt well taken care of.

We’re absolutely thrilled with our new home – a huge thanks to Miramonte and especially Gerrie. They’ve been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the whole process.

“It’s really frustrating – Miramonte initially said they would honor the stucco warranty, but now that they’ve stopped working with their original contractor, I’m stuck with no repairs. They’re saying the warranty is still valid through the old subcontractor, which just means I have to wait indefinitely.”
-
“Overall, we were really impressed with Miramonte Homes. We had looked at a few other builders in Flagstaff, and honestly, their communities just didn’t hold a candle to the quality of design that Miramonte offers. From start to finish, everyone we interacted with – our salesperson and the design team – was fantastic.”
-
“Miramonte truly went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process. I was incredibly impressed with everyone we worked with – from the design team to our sales representative and even our superintendent. They were all first class.”
-
“I recently experienced a really frustrating situation – a pipe behind my kitchen sink burst, causing a significant flood in the kitchen. The plumber who came to fix it told me the original installation was done incorrectly, which seems to be the root of the problem.”
-
“Peggy McMillan and the whole Miramonte team really went above and beyond to get our house finished by March 30th, 2021, and we truly appreciate their dedication. Peggy was fantastic from the very beginning – always quick to respond to our questions and keep us updated.”
-
“My husband and I are really thrilled with our new townhome from Miramonte Homes. The quality of the build is fantastic, and we were particularly impressed with how responsive and helpful the Miramonte team were throughout the whole process.”
-
“I recently had a home built by Miramonte in Tucson, and while the house itself is nice, I was really disappointed with the follow-up. I was out of state when it was finished, and the landscaping – which I’d paid Santa Rita Landscaping for – wasn’t completed as promised. It was supposed to include a 10x15 foot paver area, but it wasn’t installed.”
-
Miramonte Homes really knocked it out of the park with our new home. The quality of the construction is outstanding – honestly, it’s phenomenal. We absolutely love the design, from the floor plan to the exterior, and it’s just a stunning house. We had a truly wonderful experience working with them.
