  I was really disappointed with the service Titan Alarm provided. They sent someone to take photos of my business last week, promising a quick and easy process. Unfortunately, when we followed up to check on the progress, things hadn’t moved forward as we’d been told. report abuse

  “We really regret switching security companies. The initial installer couldn’t get the system working, and then he started adding unexpected charges for service calls without our consent. It was incredibly difficult to get in touch with someone, and it seems they hadn’t properly accessed the gate code, despite having technicians out to the site before.
