  Jamrog did an absolutely fantastic job installing our new mini split system – from start to finish, we couldn’t be happier. We got a few different quotes, and Jamrog’s was right in line with the others, but what really set them apart was their attention to detail. They took the time to really understand our needs and carefully explained which system would be best for each room, something the other companies didn’t do. Once we decided to go with Jamrog, the installation itself was incredibly smooth. Their team was professional, worked efficiently, and coordinated the interior and exterior work perfectly. The installation was completed quickly, and they took the time to show us exactly how to operate the system. They even handled the rebate application for us!   Jamrog really went above and beyond during our whole-house renovation. They were fantastic to work with – so friendly, patient, and helpful every step of the way, from getting the initial quotes to the final installation and billing.   Honestly, I was incredibly disappointed with this company. I waited a full month after several rescheduling attempts, and when someone finally did show up, they confirmed the job. Then, they completely disappeared. I ended up having to find a different contractor for significantly less money – a really frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience. report abuse
