  Overall, I was really pleased with Phil and his team. Phil himself was incredibly honest and transparent – he clearly explained every cost and what to expect, which I really appreciated. And Todd, who led the installation team, was a fantastic worker; he was diligent and kept me fully informed about the progress every step of the way.   Phil and his team did a fantastic job getting my foundation inspected and evaluated so quickly – I really appreciated being able to get it done in the same week I called. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything he found, covering all the potential issues with the foundation and crawl space, and gave me some really helpful insights into what needed attention. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions clearly.   I would strongly advise other real estate professionals to steer clear of All American Traditions Foundation and specifically, Phillip. I scheduled an inspection for my clients and paid a $150 fee, but after that, I received absolutely no communication. It took him a full ten days to even provide the report. We were relying on this report to address a small repair needed during escrow, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. Phillip kept promising “next week,” but of course, next week never arrived – just a constant stream of excuses. My clients understandably became incredibly frustrated and ultimately had to cancel the deal. It cost us thousands, and I wouldn't recommend working with Phillip or All American Traditions Foundation under any circumstances. report abuse

  I reached out to All American Traditions Foundation hoping for a quick quote for some work on my house in Upland – they’re just a few minutes away. However, I had a really frustrating experience trying to get a simple estimate. Phil was consistently difficult to reach, asking me to text him repeatedly with no clear timeline. He’d say to text him to schedule a visit, then ask I’d call after termite treatment, then to text during the weekend. It was a real back-and-forth with no real progress. Honestly, a little more communication and a simple acknowledgment that he was busy would have gone a long way. report abuse
