  “I want to strongly advise other real estate professionals to steer clear of All American Traditions Foundation and specifically, Phillip. I scheduled an inspection for my clients and paid a $150 fee, but after that, I received absolutely no updates. It took him a full ten days to even provide the report. We were relying on this report to address a small repair issue while we were in escrow, and it completely backfired. He kept promising ‘next week,’ but of course, next week never came, and he just offered excuses. My clients became incredibly frustrated and ultimately had to cancel the deal – a huge mistake on our part. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend working with Phillip or All American Traditions Foundation; it wasn’t worth the trouble and ended up costing us a significant amount.” report abuse

  “I reached out to All American Traditions Foundation because they’re so close to my house in Upland – just a quick drive. However, I was really disappointed with the communication. I tried multiple times to get a quote, but Phil was incredibly difficult to reach. He kept asking me to text him to schedule appointments, and the timing was always shifting – one time he wanted me to call after termite treatment, another time he said to text on the weekend. It felt very disorganized and unprofessional. Despite my efforts to answer his questions, he never provided a timeframe. Honestly, it felt like he wasn’t truly interested in my project.
