  Honestly, my experience at TMI has been incredibly difficult and frankly, quite alarming. I’ve felt consistently unsupported and disregarded – there’s been a real lack of communication from management, and I’ve repeatedly struggled to get basic things like my contact information corrected and receive timely updates. It’s become a pattern of being left without support and resources. The work environment is also uncomfortable with the constant smoking and the way coworkers treat each other is unacceptable. Because of these issues, I’ve seriously worried about my job security and my ability to make ends meet. I’m very concerned about the safety risks associated with the company vehicles and the overall unprofessional atmosphere. I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone. report abuse
