  “Honestly, I was really frustrated with this experience. While I understand that cold weather can create challenges for scheduling, the repeated missed appointments and lack of communication were unacceptable. They initially scheduled a visit, then canceled and never followed up, leaving me with no updates until I was finally added to a waiting list. I’ve completely lost confidence in their reliability, and I won’t be using their services again. It’s clear they don’t value my time, and I’ll definitely be seeking a more dependable plumber next time – someone who actually keeps their promises.” report abuse

  “Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. We contacted these guys about a repair needed in our downstairs bathroom, but their response time was incredibly slow – it took them until Wednesday morning to even get back to us. Then, after agreeing on a Thursday appointment between 2 and 4, they completely didn’t show up. We left multiple messages trying to reach them, but nothing. It was just unbelievably unprofessional and we ended up having to find a different contractor. We’re so glad we did!” report abuse

  We were so pleased with Rob and his team’s work on our recent oil tank relocation. We initially contacted him through our contractor after discovering a leak in our old tank – a really stressful situation, especially with the cold weather. Rob was fantastic from the start, providing competitive quotes and offering really helpful advice on where to move the tank as part of our basement renovation. He was incredibly accommodating, bending over backwards to fit in the work given the urgency. Rob and Bob did an absolutely brilliant job, and the new tank looks fantastic and perfectly fits our needs, even fitting snugly into our garage. Bob was even so kind to come out the day before to restart our boiler when we ran out of oil – a huge relief!
