  “This was definitely a unique and complex roofing project – a beautiful, tall Victorian with a really steep pitch and a turret over 50 feet high! Because we didn't have any existing references, we spent a lot of time researching contractors online, reading through tons of reviews. We found some really experienced and helpful guys, but one stood out – the one with all the fantastic reviews. We were curious about the few negative comments we saw, but ultimately went with him, and thankfully, Lenny’s team delivered an absolutely stunning result. More than that, the quality of their workmanship was outstanding – it truly added value to our home. What really stood out was their professionalism; they handled any unexpected issues swiftly and without any disruption to our daily lives, and they always left the work area cleaner than they found it. I was particularly impressed with Manny’s response when a storm caused a tree to damage our roof. He sent a crew out within just two hours, quickly minimizing water damage, and then returned when the weather cleared to completely repair the area – you’d never know anything had happened! It’s clear they take pride in their work and adhere to all building codes, as the inspector’s visits were always very brief.   “I’ve now used Shine Construction three times, and I’m absolutely thrilled with their work – it’s truly exceptional. I’m a very particular homeowner and demand the best, and Manny and his crew consistently deliver. They recently replaced all 35 of my windows, along with the interior and exterior trim, and even some damaged siding. What impressed me most was the speed – they completed the entire job in just three days! I also really appreciated that the crew is fully capable and inclusive, with men and women working alongside each other seamlessly, handling everything from cutting and installing to vacuuming. My house was spotless throughout the whole process, and I didn't lift a finger to clean up.
