  “We used B&L last year to repair our pool, which was originally installed in 1982 when we bought the house. Pool repairs are always a pain on the wallet, but B&L was surprisingly competitive with their pricing and, honestly, their customer service was fantastic. Paul really took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, and they managed to fit the repair in around their other jobs. They even came out on a Saturday to get it done – now we can finally enjoy our pool instead of dealing with the issues that came with the house!” report abuse

  “We recently moved into a house with a huge oval pool and, as first-time pool owners, we were completely overwhelmed. We contacted this local, family-owned business hoping for some help with a leak in our filter – we’d been struggling to fix it ourselves for two weeks. Unfortunately, the man who answered the phone immediately told us they only work with in-ground pools, citing supply and demand. What really bothered me was his abrupt and frankly rude manner – it felt like he was dismissing us simply because we had an above-ground pool. It felt like they were prioritizing wealthier clients, and honestly, it left a very negative impression. We definitely won’t be calling them again when we upgrade to an in-ground pool.” report abuse

  “I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. After they installed a new filter, I’ve been experiencing constant sand spitting. Because I raised concerns about this issue, they immediately put me on a do-not-service list. They weren't willing to address the problem properly, instead just tossing the sand under my shed – it felt incredibly unprofessional and frankly, quite shocking.
