  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this fence company. I took a significant amount of time off work to get a quote, as their availability is very limited, and they suggested a specific appointment time. Despite being called in the morning to be ready a little early, I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and was then told they wouldn't be coming – they’d been pulled to another job. When I asked about rescheduling, I was told I’d have to wait another week to schedule again. Honestly, it’s unacceptable how they disregarded my time and didn't offer any flexibility. It makes me question their professionalism and respect for their clients. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a fence company in San Diego to explore other options – you’re better off wasting your time elsewhere. report abuse

  “Honestly, we’re really frustrated with the whole experience. While we understood the company’s stance on potential damage during installation, we were shocked they simply broke a pipe connected to our sprinkler system and didn’t let us know immediately. The fact that they finished the job, buried the pipe, and then didn’t follow up when our neighbors alerted us to a major leak is completely unacceptable. And to add to the issue, the workers were eating fruit from our yard and leaving the mess behind – it felt incredibly disrespectful. Their response of just saying ‘sorry, our contract covers this’ was completely inadequate. Now we’re stuck with a significant problem and have to hire someone else to complete the fencing on our 3/4-acre property because of their poor handling of the situation.” report abuse

  We were absolutely thrilled with the black heavy-duty chain link fence Superior Fence installed for us. It’s a fantastic 5-foot fence with a gate, perfect for enclosing our backyard as we’re building a pool and have a low retainer wall. They expertly measured and installed the fence – 25 feet down the hill and 80 feet across, ensuring it didn’t obstruct our view. What really impressed us was not just the quality of the work, but also the professionalism of the team; they cleaned up thoroughly and were incredibly polite. And to top it all off, they stuck to their promised installation date!   “I was really disappointed with the service I received. It took a full ten days to get an estimate, and the estimator never showed up at the scheduled time. I had to chase him down, and he just told me he was at another job.
