I had 31 windows replaced – my old ones were nearly 30 years old – and they handled everything with such professionalism and care. Kyle, the owner, was a fantastic resource. He was so knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and never pressured me. He really helped me find the perfect windows for my home. And the installation team, Ian and Josh, were just incredible. They got the job done in just three and a half days, and their workmanship was top-notch – so careful and respectful of my home. Not only do the new windows look amazing, but I’ve already seen a noticeable difference in how energy-efficient my house is and how much noise I hear.   “Honestly, my experience with The Window Shoppe was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. From start to finish, it was a really disorganized and unreliable process. They missed our original installation date, even after rescheduling it last minute, and the installers themselves were unprofessional – the language and attitude were concerning. It completely disrupted my schedule and caused me to miss out on important family time with visitors. To add to the problems, they caused new scratches while attempting a repair, and now we’re struggling to get them to address that issue with a ridiculously narrow two-hour window they provided. While I appreciate their lower price, it’s clear you really do get what you pay for, and I deeply regret choosing The Window Shoppe.” report abuse

Honestly, I spent about six months researching replacement windows and got quotes from five different companies, but nothing compared to their service. From the very first conversation to the final installation, it was seamless – the smoothest I’ve ever experienced with a contractor. Kyle, the owner, is fantastic – truly honest, professional, and friendly, and he genuinely wants to earn your business. His installers, Ian and Josh, were equally impressive: polite, respectful, incredibly efficient, and got the job done – eight windows and two sliders – in just about seven hours! My wife was a little nervous at first, but she felt completely safe and comfortable with them. The windows themselves are fantastic – high-quality, durable, and operate really smoothly. And the price? Unbeatable! They offered so much more value for the money, and I saved over $10,000.   “Overall, I had a really positive experience. I went with this company to get four windows and two sliding glass doors, and I was really impressed with their attention to detail. I carefully researched the bids, considering price, customer reviews, and importantly, that they manufacture their products locally in San Diego County – that really mattered to me. The owner, who’s a carpenter himself, gave me a thorough estimate and I felt confident in his knowledge.   “I’m absolutely thrilled with my new windows from The Window Shoppe! I did my research and looked at several other companies, but The Window Shoppe offered the best combination of quality and price – they were significantly cheaper than the others with much faster turnaround times. Brad and Tyler did a fantastic job with the installation; it was really clean and surprisingly quick, especially considering ten windows. We did have a small issue with the screens going missing, but Kyle was incredibly helpful and even personally installed them for us. Going directly with the manufacturer really saved me a lot of time and money, and I’m really happy with the smooth operation and stylish design of the windows.
